Ann Demeulemeester offers a refined return process, allowing customers to request a return for any item within 14 days of delivery provided it remains in its original, unworn condition with all security tags attached.
Initiate Return
Access your order history through your account or use the guest return portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization Number.
Prepare Package
Place the items in their original designer packaging and shipping box, ensuring the return form and the Return Authorization Number are clearly included inside.
Ship Items
Affix the provided pre-paid shipping label to the outside of the parcel and schedule a collection with our designated courier or drop it off at an authorized location.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our atelier receives and inspects the returned items to ensure they meet our quality standards, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.
